Besides being the greatest podcast in the universe, Crackpot and Buzzkill were also the most educational. I recieved my "news" 2x weekly for almost 20 years. They changed my critical thinking and how much research I WOULD DO on a particular topic. Yes, they were both were actual journalists, a dead and forgotten art these days, even though they fancy themselves as comics. Emergency Use Authorization For Experimental Vaccines
The exact mechanism used in 2020–2021 is described in June 2009: CDC declares public health emergency, which unlocks FDA authority to grant Emergency Use Authorization for experimental drugs and vaccines 'that do not have to be tested as thoroughly.' Congress hands over $1 billion.

A listener has recorded a phone call to the Arkansas Department of Health legal counsel asking about vaccination waiver forms. Adam plays it; John finds the exact moment the government's own lawyer confirms forced vaccination is 'constitutional.'

Adam and John did not need a crystal ball.
